Driving through the streets of Atlanta in his green jeep wrangler, or in the halls of Walton high school, you can find easygoing senior, Eddie. This laid-back guy loves to spend time relaxing at home or playing tennis. Eddie is at the beginning of a life of adventure as his final year at Walton high school comes to an end. Once he graduates, he has decided he’ll be doing tons of studying and travel. I wanted to tailor Eddie’s senior photos around this exciting new time in his life, so we ventured off to the Roswell Mill. Roswell Mill is a diverse, outdoor location with lots of areas for abstract yet relaxed pictures. Naturally, we took advantage of the many landscapes that Roswell Mills offered to create portraits that would represent Eddie’s journey beyond high school. You’ll notice in many of Eddie’s images, that there is a repetitive use of bridges. This metaphoric theme was used to symbolize the great voyages Eddie is sure to embark upon after graduation! For Eddie’s shoot, we wanted to portray his kind and calm personality. At a waterfall near the Roswell Mill, Eddie posed casually against a beautiful waterfall. Shoes off and feet free, this senior couldn’t have looked more relaxed among the shallow waters. Later on, we captured a few sweet moments with Eddie and his mom, so she’ll have great memories to keep of her son when he’s off exploring the world! We had a great (and relaxing) day shooting with this cool and collected senior! Bon Voyage, Eddie! Good luck in all of your future endeavors!
