At Moreland Photography we strive to go above and beyond to fit the needs of our clients, even traveling all the way down to Santa Rosa for beach maternity pictures. At our meeting to discuss the Harden’s upcoming maternity shoot, Lauren wanted to have elegant beach maternity portraits that would include her husband, Brad, and her daughter Zoey. The Harden family have been great clients of ours in the past, doing their first maternity shoot and their new born shoot when baby Zoey was born. We love the creativity that goes into every shoot working with the Harden’s so when we made arrangements to go to Santa Rosa Beach in sunny Florida we were excited.

When all the plans were set in stone, the shoot took place in early November and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect!

We began shooting on the popular beaches of Santa Rosa in the late afternoon with clear sunny blue skies. Lauren wore two beautiful flowy dresses and a flower crown that accentuated the sky and the ocean, little Zoey was all smiles and looked adorable in her white romper and matching flower crown. The images came out to be very dynamic! We made it our mission to capture the love and the joy the Harden’s have as they anticipate the arrival of baby Brecken. We took several shots of the Harden family all together enjoying the beach, and then some solo shots of Lauren as the sun set on the horizon. When we finished our work at the Pearl hotel located right off of the beach, there the Harden’s extended family was staying and the Pearl was truly perfect location. We utilized the pool and elegant drapery that went perfectly with Lauren’s dresses. We truly enjoyed every second spent capturing the Harden family’s beach maternity images, as you can see. How could we not?!
