Moreland Photography had a wonderful time during the Kent family’s Easterseals photo shoot. Moreland Photography made a donation to a gala that was raising money for the Easterseals. The Kent family won the silent auction for the Moreland Photography family shoot experience! Before their Easterseals family shoot experience began, we had a consultation at their home. We knew that they wanted canvases for a couple of different rooms in their home, so during their consultation we walked through their home to talk about the best placement. We also discussed the color of their home and what clothing and patterns would best compliment their style. Using our state of the art software, once their shoot experience concluded we were able to show them what different sizes and types of canvases would look like on their walls.
During their shoot, we started at a garden. Because it was spring the azaleas and other flowers were in full bloom!
Capturing the kent family walking through flowering trees in black and white made this image all the more dramatic while keeping it’s timeless quality – perfect for a canvas!
Mike Moreland of Moreland Photography’s favorite part of taking pictures is the fact that he can capture the perfect relationship shots. Mom and dad kissing their son’s cheek paired with a partially blurred but light and airy background made this image all the more emotional!
During the next part of their Easterseals family shoot, we transitioned to a river complete with a rushing waterfall and the perfect boulders for posing.
While at the waterfall, we shot more relationship shots with just son and father, mother and son, and son by himself!
We completed the shoot with more family pictures all together. Look at those smiles!
